[:en]The following should be of interest to all our clients with employees in the United States: USCIS has revised Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification. Employers may continue using Form I-9 with a revision date of 03/08/2013 N. through Jan. 21, 2017.  By Jan. 22, 2017, employers must use the revised form. USCIS Offentliggør Nye Gebyrer på Ansøgninger til Visa og Green Cards
[:en][caption id="attachment_1910" align="alignleft" width="230"] Statue of Liberty[/caption] Martensen Wright has learned that the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will be increasing the filing fees for a number of applications and petitions effective December 23, 2016. Fees paid by the applicants and petitioners fund the USCIS work and fees will be increased by an average of 21 percent. This may affect some of our immigration clients, especially those that are in the process of preparing applications or might be considering it.
